I am looking for some help searching for workout videos on YouTube.

I have attached a folder with 8 Excel files.

Each file contains a number of workouts, which have exercises listed for each. I require a link to a short video on YouTube showing how the exercise is done. The video should be no longer than 20 seconds.

I have already completed the first two files. You should review these first to see where I have placed the links in the Excel sheets and also watch the videos to understand the style and format I have been using.
