I need some PA help on an ad hoc basis

I hope you're well. I was hoping you could help me with a few ad hoc bits. Im a psychologist with a private practice and also have a 12 week old daughter at home, so not a lot of spare time.
Currently, I need to get in touch with some insurance companies that I'm registered with, chase a few invoices and check they have my latest details (address, email, phone no.) on file.
Is this something you may be able to help with?
