I need some dimensions to be measured from two PDF plans

I have some PDF plans that I need someone to meausre off and put the measuremenmts into a spreadsheet. Needs doing urgently immediately! Can be done using PDF editor (the measure tool). The attacched images show the areas (in red and labelled A-E) - I need a dimension for every single black line in these areas. Must be done immediately.
