I need some data sorting on an excel spreadsheet.

I have a very simple excel spreadsheet of products used in 2017 but the product descriptions have been keyed using different sequences of data. I need each product to be split out and a size to be moved to a separate column. It is quite a simple exercise involving 1,311 individual lines which will end up in approximately 10 categories.
I will share the data with the successful bidder so it can be viewed before they start.
