I need reports produced from Excel data

General information for the business: We are a web based application for the education industry
Industry: Education
Description of excel work: Create a workbook of reports linked to a spreadsheet of data
Extra notes: Users will download and save the candidate_mailing_data spreadsheet from our application, so need the workbook of reports to automatically update based on the content on the candidate_mailing_data.

Here's a use case:

1 - A user will download the Candidate_Mailing_Data from our system
2 - then Save it into a folder containing the Reports Workbook we want created
3 - User opens the Reports Workbook, and Updates the data so Excel will retrieve the latest data from the Candidate_Mailing_Data
