I need PDF financial information populating into excel format

Data from 40 PDF files to be typed up into excel format, Following the below instructions;
• We have an an excel template which we would like to be followed - "Transaction Comp Database Template" - notes are included in Row 3 which should help with filling in the columns
• For each PDF, could a new Excel file be started that mimics the file name of the corresponding PDF.
• Please do not worry about capturing any "average" or "median" values, footnotes or business descriptions, all we need is the data that corresponds to each of the columns in the template - in some instances this data isn't available in the PDFs so please leave blank
• The only information that is not included in the PDFs is the Target website - if you could find and insert website URLs into this column that would be very helpful. Some of the companies will no longer exist as they have been acquired by a competitor so if a website cannot be found, please leave this field blank
• For columns J and K - note that the cells are formatted to generate the "x" after the number so please only enter the numerical value
