I need information taken from a website and put in a Spreadsheet........

I need addresses taken from a website and entered into an excel spreadsheet and then merged with a form letter supplied by me. the merged document will then be mailed to me. this will be an ongoing project for about 6 weeks with approx 100 addresses to be entered per week. I can give examples of the information to be put in the spreadsheet to the right contractor. Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is essential or OpenOffice package.
