I need help with book keeping/data entry

I occasionally earn money through a hobby and through a website. I need a system to ensure that all earnings and spendings through these channels are appropriately recorded. I receive cash payments, payments directly to my bank and payments through paypal. I spend using my card or cash. No cheques. I have tried using Wave accounting app but I find it difficult to keep track of receipts. I am hoping that I can simply take a snap-shot of the receipt immediately and send it to someone who can record it for cash transactions. I think that might work best. At this point, I'm not really sure how many transactions I would need recorded on a monthly basis. This is a trial.
