I need help to get published (Time Series Research)

I need someone who can look for journals where my study will fit. I already have the article, you just need to find a journal to publish it in. You may also need to revise the article depending on what the journal wants. Creating cover letters for me will also be needed. Basically I need help to meet all requirements for the best journal that you can find (I will still help, but unfortunately I don't have much free time hence this job post).

I am looking for freelancers with experience on publishing in academic journals, preferably one with published works already. Please feel free to talk about your experience and how long you think you can get this job done.

Bonus will be given if I get published by May and if you can make me get into a high impact journal.
