I need Excel note formula

I need some help with the Excel formula. Here is the description of the problem; (i need 6 hour)
please don't bid anyone who are not delivered before 6 hour

In Sheet1 I have 6 columns, and what I would need is the formula for the column Note that will mark duplications
base on several criteria. In Sheet2 in column Channel, I have the list of the channels for which I have duplications.
Here is the example ;

Example 1
Channel - Al Mayadeen

If you filter out Channel - Al Mayadeen in Sheet1 you will get two rows. What is important here that duplication exist
when we have the same channel in two countries and in two different projects. So, in this example in the blue row for
project RB – V in the Note column, the note would have to say „XX - remove the value for RB-CD“ and for the yellow row
the note would be „XX - remove the value for RB-V“.

In this example, the channel Al Mayadeen is appearing in 2 different projects (RB – V, and RB – CD) and in the same country or
Lebanon. If there would be for example a different country, in blue row lets say we have Lebanon and in the yellow row we have Egypt
for the same channel Al Mayadeen, then there is no duplication, and no note is needed, the cell note should be just empty.

Example 2
Channel - Al Sharjah

So here channel Al Sharjah is appearing in three rows, in 3 different projects but in the same country and that is the United Arab Emirates. Here
a note would have to be a combination. In a blue row note would be „XX - remove the value for RB-CD + RB-WESS“, yellow row note would say
„XX - remove the value for RB-V + RB-WESS“ and the dark green row note would be „XX - remove the value for RB-V + RB-WESS“.

That is all that I need. This can be done manually but it would be time-consuming for me, so if anyone can help that would be great.
I need this done as soon as possible, the color format of the table in Sheet1 one should stay the same. There are some example that I did
manually where I edit the note, so you can also check that if you need more example-based that two example that I provide.
