I need duplicates removed from a excel spread sheet.

I have a excel spread sheet with 6372 entries into it. I need to remove all duplicates. The data entered has not been entered by fluent English speakers so there are a lot of spelling mistakes and extra spaces between words that are not needed. I would not expect the person to understand the technical knowledge in the data sheet but I just need duplicates removed so I can start to break it down and correct some of the entries when the number is significantly reduced.
