I need aound 180 blog posts manually importing into a new wordpress site

I am migrating an old site to a new wordpress site and so require manual copy and pasting of around 180 blog posts to the new site. I require the original published date to be reserved. No images to be uploaded (we will research and post them internally)

There is very little text formatting to do, bold and bullets is mostly all that will be required. The articles vary in length from around 250 words to 1000.

I will then need the new blog URL pasted into an excel file which we will provide.

Prefer someone with Wordpress experience.
