I need an Excel that match addition of value with current formula

Description of excel work: I have a Database of ingredients which include Kilocalories, Protein, Carbohydrate and Fat everything for 100 grams.
On the other hand, I have a daily menu. Breakfast: all the different ingredients. Same for the other meal. Each ingredient is related to a coefficient that I can move up and down to adjust my input.
Now I have to cut and paste all the ingredient into my daily menu and then include the coefficient, which takes time.
The idea is to be able to add an ingredient into the template and keep the coefficient related with the cells.
So on page one the full database, on page 2 the template with formula related with cells. When I'm doing the daily menu, I pick up an ingredient on page 1, copy and paste it on page 2 with all the different nutrients. Of course the coefficient would stay and it would save me time.
Once it would be done, get always this template and start again for a new daily menu
