I need an excel template for prospects

Industry: Business
Description of excel work: The template doesn't need to be too complicated, but should include a number of headings including: Date, Contact name, Contact email, Price, Comments.

I'm more interrested in a easy to read and coordinated template than sophisticated formulas.

It would be nice to have hyperlink formulas for the contacts so that I can enter emails, etc. as the hyperlinks.

I would like to be able to mouseover the comments and have them "pop up" rather than have the spreadsheet develop huge rows as text gets added to the comments.

Any other creativity is appreciated.
