I need an excel spreadsheet with formulas & graphs made

I need an excel spreadsheet made to monitor my weight loss client's progress.

This spreadsheet will have spaces for weekly data entry of weight (kgs/lbs) and also 4 weekly measurements of Neck, Shoulders, Chest, Bicep (right), Bicep (left), Waist, Hips, Thigh (right), Thigh (left) and calf (right), calf (left). So possibly two different sheets.

The data entry needs to have enough space for 24 weeks worth of the above data. 24 weekly weight entries and 6 x 4 weekly measurement entries.

I would like there to be formulas showing the total amount of weight lost, and the total amount of inches lost - as they enter each week's data.

I would also like for the data to show in a line graph too so that my clients can have a visual presentation of their progress.

Theme colours for my business are purple and luminous pink so I would like the spreadsheet to follow this if and where possible. I will upload my business logo to be used.
