Description of excel work: I have an excel document already created, with two worksheets. It is attached. I need the data that is entered onto sheet 1 to automatically populate onto sheet 2. So, the medical assistant will enter information on sheet one, click update, and this data will need to automatically populate to sheet 2. Sheet 1 will be printed for the patient. Sheet 2 will keep a running track of all of our patients' data.
