General information for the business: We recruit into the MLM industry
Industry: Food and Beverage
Description of excel work: I need an MS Access (NOT Excel) database system creating with forms for data input etc. The system will be used for recording activities relating to prospects. The activity type (type.tbl_contacts) will be selected from a dropdown. I have attached some images to show you what I hope the forms may look like. There will be a log of free-reign over the project for the right person. It does not need to be fancy, or complicated. So long as it works and I can log actives (phone calls, interviews, emails etc.) with notes then I will be happy.
I also need ONE report creating which will let me search for a prospect and print/view their details at the top and then all of the activities for that contact in a table sort of view below.
I know this project will take somebody well accustomed to Access no more than an hour or two, so please don't send me proposals for 10x what I have quoted I will pay. The budget for this is limited being a personal project.
I need the system to have 2 tables:
tbl_prospects
- prospect_ID
- first_name
- surname
- mobile
- landline
- email
- timestamp
- town_city
tbl_contacts
- contact_ID
- prospect_ID
- timestamp
- type
- note
Design and target audience: Forms will all need to bear company logo top right, and version number (1.0) bottom right
