I need a VBA expert for Microsoft Excel

Experience Level: Intermediate
Description of excel work: Require someone to provide me with TWO VBA codes that will work in Microsoft excel 2016 (please don't bid if you use open office or other software).
First code would be to return multiple values for the vlookup function. So if I'm searching for 1 name, it will occur several times in the sheet, I want all matching values to be shown - not just one.
Second code is to sort data in a excel sheet. Data is jumbled up between 10-15 columns for eg. the same data will be in column a and column d and column e, I would need the code to be able to pick up the labels and sort all matching data into one column each.
I need both codes within the next day.
