I need a VA with PR experience for my photography project

I'm a portrait photographer based in the UK currently working on a photography project. I have about 10 participants who already took part with 1-2 famous names.

I need help promoting this project, find a place where I could exhibit the portraits and find more people to take part may be bigger names that will increase interest in this project?
This job would require between 5-10 hours per month.

I 'm looking for someone who has experience with organising events or conference.
