General information for the business: We are a casting agency that needs to present our Cast to Production Companies on a simple Excel Spreadsheet.
Industry: Entertainment
Description of excel work: Hi, we need someone to create a simple document for us so that we can copy and paste details in to a document so we can pass to our clients in order to print off.
I have attached a PDF (which looks like it has been converted to a PDF from Excel) which we can do, but we need the Excel spreadsheet created in the first place. Please be aware that the attached is NOT our company, but we would like it similarly set out.
We would like it branded with our logo (attached), our address and contact details (found at www.talenttalks.co.uk) - with an auto updated date on it. We would like the columns saying Number / Name / Character / Date of Birth / Contact Number / Height / Age but we would to be able to edit these headers just in case they need changing, but we can if we need to.
We do also need to add in Sizes / Measurements which might be the tricky bit.
For some reason our sizes does not down when we export all data. But we can copy and paste it from our website. Until this is fixed, can we have another column that we can paste in the measurements, which will be something like: "Dress Size: 8Top Size: 8Bottom Size: 10Chest (inches): 34Hips (inches). 34Waist (inches) 27UK Shoe Size: 5"
Where i mentioned that we can export our data, i have added a small selection. What we intend to do, is copy the relevant data from our export and paste it in to the excel sheet that you create for us and then convert to a PDF.
Don't worry about the pictures that are on the example attached - we aren't going to include headshots.
Design and target audience: To give to Producers / Casting Directors so they can easily print off the documents with all the required data on
Extra notes: This is a quick important project - we need this back really by midday on Wednesday 18th June. I am around all night to liase with
