I need a telemarketer who can set 3 - 4 appointments weekly

I am starting my new business in the United States and I need a telemarketer professional who has the drive and enthusiasm to set appointments weekly. I will provide you with the list of approx 100 - 150 companies on an excel spreadsheet weekly and you would be required to book at least 3 - 4 appointments for the following week and if you set more, additional bonus would be given. You would be responsible for providing me with daily updates from the spreadsheet like contact, phone number, dates, time, additional notes, etc. This would be ongoing if goals are met.
