I need a reasonably complex Mailmerge created from a large Excel database.

The Mailmerge that needs to be created needs some clever rules that only an expert can work out.

I'm pretty sure that someone who knows what they're doing will be able to say it can or cannot be done very quickly after looking at the images provided.

One image is the data, the other is what I want the data to look like. I will probably tweak the look of the tables created, but the basic layout is there.

I need this done ASAP, so please get back to me this morning/afternoon if possible.
