I need a professional to draw up a contract for the sale of a property in Spain

I am looking for a lawyer to draw up a simple contract for the sale of a spanish property. The property in question belongs to a company. I have been tasked to sell a property in Spain for the owners and need a contract drated that will make sure the owner pays the commissions due under the agreement. (The commission is 7% of the agreed selling price).The contract will need to show we have an exclusive/sole agency for 90 days and there should be provision to extend this. The owner is to allow us to use the dedicated website as the main marketing tool for the sale of the property and is to provide us with complete personal data of all those making enquiries about the property prior to our appointment. To include how and when commissions are to be paid plus VAT. The owner is to provide a list of all intems included in the sale. The owner is to make arrangements for all viewings at a pre-determined time.
We have posted this job before, but due to matters beyond our control we have had to delay the drafting of the contract.
