I need a professional excel template

I need to provide clients with a spreadsheet of current personal assets income, such as social security income, retirement, pension etc., and assets such as stocks, bonds, brokerage account, annuities, life insurance etc., income taxes, Medicaid tax, long term gain taxes and short term gain taxes, and then have a comparative analysis of an estate planning proposal.

Would like to have asset allocation on both sides in a pie chart.
