I need a "product catalogue" produced from a Excel sheet

The attached sheet is a list of services that we provide to people, we want to have this put into a branded(will supply logos) document in word and then in PDF as well. Its not a huge piece fo work but its important to us that it looks really nice. Also attached is a presentation on our trademarked offer called deal flow, we would like to incorporate this into the back of the catalogue as well. This is confidential and we will provide the excel sheet and presentation to the selected applicant. It not likely to be more than a half days work to begin with. If the quality is good, then we have more that we eventually want to establish as a style guide. Keen to see sample fo past work.
