I need a PDF document changing into a Word document

I need the attached PDF converting into Word, retaining all the images in the correct places and retaining the current PDF layout.

I need this doing today!!

Then I need the words "MAXPARETE E-MOTION" every time it appears in this document to "Insight semi-automatic"

I then need our Creatif logo adding to every page. And all font to be in line with the Creatif brand (see our website to see the font we use).
