I need somone to source a good quality manufacturer of lotion pumps and finger sprays in Vietnam or Malaysia.

The product needs to be smooth collared and have a lock on-off actuator. I am interested in variants with metal collars also.

They need to be suitable for 24-410 and 28-410 bottle necks.

Most of these products have been manufactured in Italy or China at companies like the websites below.
