I need a list of companies and URLs who have hired freelancers

Here is a little background about the task:
I'm an aspiring freelance web and mobile software developer looking for his first clients. I want to start by researching the people who have hired freelancers in the past. I plan to send them an email to ask for their advice and opinion.

What I want from you is a list of companies, charities and individuals who have hired freelancers (software development freelancers) in the UK to create their:
Blogs
Websites
E-commerce
Mobile applications
Web applications

As a minimum I would need an email address and website url. Any other details you think would benefit me when writing this email would be useful.

I would like this completed by the end of the day, on the day you start the work. List as many companies (urls) in the alotted time frame.

Please reply to confirm what you will do and how you plan to complete this task.
