I need a letter composing and sending out on my behalf

Hi,

I need a letter composing as part of an approach to ask local businesses to support the cause by offering a prize for the tombola or raffle.

I then want someone to spend an hour emailing this out to potential businesses in stoke on trent who may be able to offer good/service as part of a raffle prize or reward on the just giving page

This is for raffle prizes or rewards not to try and encourage donations.
