I need a IT person to create some Page Jumps for me on one page

I don't have time and don't exactly know how to create five page jumps on one page in Word Press. This is the page in question: https://tictocsing.com/blog-spot-alistair-smith-tracks-tic-toc-sing/
There are 5 jumps - and I want to create an index at the top so people don't have to scroll all the way.
