I need a Gantt chart done on Microsoft Project - Urgent job

I need a Gantt chart to be created from information that is in a scanned document. It is a work programme that was originally created in Excel - it now has hand-written notes on it of what info has to be changed.

The finished document needs to be in Microsoft Project with a pdf copy also to be made available.

This job should start this evening and needs to be finished by 11am (London time) tomorrow morning. You need to be available then for any amends that need to be made.
