I need a Excel Template personalising into a new company

I have a couple of Excel workbooks from a previous company That I want to utilise in another company.

All of the layout is already done there are just some locked cells that would need to be re created and formulated back into the sheets. Any links associated with the workbook need to be identified and redirected to the new source or link if required
Those same cells need to them be password locked so that only I can open them as administrator.
I have attached one of the files so you can see what is required. The 2nd one is over 5mb so will have to be sent separately
