I need a back end/admin delivery system built

Where trying to build a better delivery security system nothing fancy just something similar to a back end/admin system.

1. Order:
i) The system should allow for every order placed to be opened by our staff. (adequately there should be between 25&50 cell spaces aloted to each order as orders could be large)
ii) It should allow that every item within every whole order could be marked as recieved, not recieved or scheduling re-delivery, by our ware house.
iii) There should be a section on every individual orders page which allows for our warehouse staff to check the order off as completed, there should also be space for notes in this section incase some substitutions or changes were made to the original order.

2. Sent out orders:

i) There should be a section which allows for warehouse staff to tick the order as being sent out, this should include space for:

. The location/destination the order is being sent to.
. The date and time the order was sent out.
. The delivery mode (Courier or Agent) used to send out the order


3) Delivered orders

Finally there should be a section which allows staff to record when an order has been delivered to the customer, this should include:

i) The date the order was delivered to the customer
ii) It should have space to record notes such as any substitutions made and any money owed by customers to us (especially given our deferred payment arrangement with ecobank staff).

ii) There should also be a search engine on each page so staff could easily search for any particular order just by typing in the order refference number or customer name.(This should be for all of the categories- Order, Sent out orders, Delivered orders).

Please let me know asap how this could happen and what would be involved.
