Hi,
I have 19 PDF's that are designed as forms. They each need to be turned into a fill in form via Acrobat professional. For some reason I'm having trouble with the yes / no tick boxes, for example in a row of 5 questions that have yes or no answers it will only let you tick one out of the five questions. I can send you an example of this if you are interested on working on this project and can turn around quickly.
