I am seeking a professional who can help re format a word document

For this job, we are seeking a professional who can help us with re formatting a current word document we have that has unseen cell formats embedded into the document, so that it has now become unusable for us to change or add anything into the document.

Therefore the task would be to completely re-write the whole document into a format that can be edited when required using word. The document will need to contain editable check boxes and lines that can be typed on when required due this document being of a questionnaire style.

For the questions section we only want ourselves to edit these as and when required, but if others are using the document the question section must not be editable. Only the answer section to just be edited when completing the form.

The professional will need to sign an NDA due to the nature of the document that needs to be re-written.
