The Human Resources Specialist Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various positions within the company. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

Conduct reference checks and background checks on selected candidates.

Report on recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Experience in sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Experience in conducting training sessions on recruitment and hiring practices.
