Help with selling items on Ebay and similar platforms

We need to sell a number of varied personal items - art & collectables; china & glassware; etc - as a result of having moved to a smaller home. We need someone with *excellent experience* of non-commercial online selling, for either themselves or private individuals, to work from our home -- Battersea, London -- for 1-2 days -- ideally tomorrow [13th November] and Thursday, but this weekend and/or next week would be OK too -- to:

-- advise on which items will sell on which platform(s) and at what price (including postage)
-- help with a small bit of silver polishing / item cleaning in preparation for photographing
-- photograph (very basic with Smartphone!) and upload items to my Ebay (or similar: Amazon, Gumtree etc) account(s) and write associated description
-- prepare items for eventual posting when they sell (e.g. wrapping fragile items)

Please note that some items will appeal to a US market rather than a UK one so experience with selling on Ebay internationally would be a bonus.
