Help Sourcing & Hiring Ukrainian Movers/Drivers in London

Project Description:

We are a London-based moving company looking to hire reliable and able movers/drivers from the Ukrainian community currently living in London.

We’re seeking a local recruiter, community connector, or someone with experience in grassroots hiring, Ukrainian networks, or London-based workforce sourcing, who can assist us in:
- Reaching Ukrainian communities in and around London
- Finding 2-3 trustworthy and physically fit candidates with a good work ethic
- Ideally, candidates should have some moving/labour experience and a valid UK driver’s license (for driver roles)
- Communicating job expectations, benefits, and arranging interviews
- Understanding any cultural or visa-related considerations (a plus)

This is a short-term recruitment project with potential for longer-term collaboration if successful.

Ideal Freelancer:
- Speaks Ukrainian or has strong ties to the community
- Based in London or very familiar with London's Ukrainian networks
- Has recruiting, HR, or outreach experience
- Can move fast and deliver practical results

Budget: Open to discussion – fixed price or hourly depending on your approach.
