Help needed to contact printers and obtain quotes, for small printing job

I need to print A7 booklets, in colour, 8 pages (2 sheets folded in the middle), on mat paper approx 120 grams, stapled or saddle stitch. The artwork is ready.
Quantity: 2000 or 3000 or 5000.

Ideally I want to the paper to be recycled paper, and inks to be vegetable-based.
If too expensive, I will use standard paper (but with mat effect at least) with regular inks.
=> it would be good to have at least one quote per category (one quote with recycled paper veg. ink etc, another quote with standard paper etc.)

The printer could be in the UK or another country in Europe. The printing job should ideally be done within 5 days max (the shorter the better). It would be good to contact some conventional printers, as well as printers that operate online (they tend to be cheaper)

You can submit offer for the whole job (until I have got a few offers / quotes to choose from), or by hour, as you prefer.
