Hand delivery of documents

We have a requirement for the hand delivery of simple documents in the countries listed below. The only requirements are:



That the documents are delivered by hand to the addresses provided;
That a smartphone photograph is taken of the address;
That a short statement is completed confirming the date/time of the delivery.


This is not to be confused with legal service of proceedings, which is a far more complicated process. This is simply the hand delivery of a notice.



The documents are to be served in:



Israel

Moscow (Russian Federation)

Kuwait

Nigeria

Italy

Belgium



Google Maps of the various locations are attached. The locations in the USA, Hong Kong and Singapore are already taken care of.
