German speaker for online and phone research, lead sourcing & data entry

I would like a German speaker to do the following lead generation task:

1) Source leads for a specific industry in 4 German cities.
2) Call the leads you have generated and ask one or two predetermined questions to qualify the leads.
3) Input the data into an an excel sheet with pre-populated columns.

There will be a total of 200 qualified leads required.

I will provide the industry, predetermined questions and excel sheet to you when you send a proposal.

The job is to start ASAP and may take up to 1 week.
