Generating Tenant Leads

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to assist with generating tenant leads for our lettings business. This will be calling local recruitment agencies and companies to see if they have any staff who require accommodation. For around 2-3 hours per week.

There will also be the possibility of more administrative work with us in the near future.
This will include:

• Using online UK websites to identify local recruitment agencies and/or local companies who may have staff
needing accommodation.
• Calling UK recruitment agencies and companies to make to enquire whether they have staff needing
accommodation. (Script will be provided and training).
• Recording details of all leads followed up into an excel spreadsheet.
• Logging all calls/attempts to call on spreadsheet
• If no answer VA to try up to 3 times to get through via the phone and record on the spreadsheet.
• Following up calls with emails.

Required Skills:

• Confident and good standard of English language and writing.
• Competent use of Microsoft Excel for data entry
• Professional telephone manner
