French & English Customer Service & Sales Admin

Hi Chloe,
I am starting up a voip pbx business and i am looking for a customer service assistant to help answering calls and/or calling potential customers who contacted us via chat or email to find out more and advise them better or escalate them to our tech partner for him to set their account up or to explain them more technically or to create a demon account for them, etc.

This is an ongoing partnership for 3 hours a week to start with, at your current rate per hour i.e. LESS than £10/hr. If you are interested please get back to me asap as the business is relaunching next week.

Must be fluent in both language and good at some online marketing tools like SEO or SEM or Social media marketing. Time will be 3 initially then will become 5 hours per week after few weeks, then more as we make sales.
