French and Spanish virtual PA

I have set a consultancy business after having been the MD of a large European Food company. I speak good French and Spanish but my writing has to many errors for professional use. I am looking for a translator or virtual PA from both English to French and Spanish. Most of my communication is only one page long and I will have 4 or 5 a week to start with. I may also have longer documents and presentations to be translated in the future. No industry knowledge required but a good understanding of professional business communication. I would be happy to pay an hourly rate and leave you to tell me how many hours you did each week.
I would need a turn around time for short emails etc of say 24 hours and for longer documents 3 days.
This could develop into a virtual PA role if I was happy with the worth - organising meetings, travel, chasing up invoices I world provide you if in the future you become a virtual PA with a email adress and pay calls. Again in the future you may be able to join my work and meet clients and help in presentations.
