Freelance paralegal or legal assistant in the U.S.

I am searching for someone with legal document experience who is interested in working hourly and intermittently. I don't have a bunch of work at the moment, but it would be great to have someone on call to pick up word processing projects, such as formatting in word, creating documents in pdfs. The ideal person would have an adobe acrobat license (not just the free reader, but the ability to create word-searchable docs, edit docs, etc.)
