FORMULAS EXCEL

I need a tab at the start as you will see in the attachment to show me this information:
• weekly sales for each salesperson
• Monthly sales on each salesperson
• Quarterly sales on each person
• Overall for the week
• Overall for the month
• Overall for the quarter
• Where the leads came from
• Can I have percentages on all of these as well

These figures need to be pulled from monthly tabs. i NEED this to be as SIMPLE as possible but the first tab needs to include all of these above and also automatically update. I know this can be done simply and quickly as I have done this before but I just don't have the time. But I need this for tomorrow morning (Monday).
Reasonable offers please and i DO NOT need a re design I just need formulas inserted into the tabs and then a 1st tab to pull the information i have bullet pointed above.
