Formatting Word Document and Branding Change

Job Description

I’m looking for a designer or document specialist to clean up and professionally reformat an existing cabinet price list document.

This job is purely formatting and wording — no pricing logic, no formulas, no systems build.

Scope of Work

The freelancer will:

Reformat a large, text-heavy price list into a clean, readable layout

Improve wording and consistency (headings, descriptions, terminology)

Apply my branding (logo, colours, fonts)

Make the document look professional and trade-ready

Ensure it’s easy to read and suitable for PDF and print

The content already exists — it just needs:

Better structure

Clear sections

Consistent language

Updated branding

Deliverables

Professionally formatted document (PDF + editable source file)

Updated wording where needed (no rewriting from scratch)

Clean layout with clear headings and sections

Branded with supplied logo

Ideal Freelancer

Experience with document formatting / layout

Strong English for light wording improvements

Familiar with InDesign, Canva, Word, or similar

Experience with trade or price list documents is a plus

Budget

Open to quotes — this is a one-off formatting job.
