Folder-organising fiend wanted to help organise online folders

I am looking for a person who think very very methodically about the organisation of folders and files on a networked computer which is accessed by a team of people to write a short manual to give tips and rules and guidelines on how to organise folders - from file naming conventions, to the logic of naming folders and organising work in different places so that team members can easily find things (actually that's easy with search) but also to save files in the right places with the right names.

The job will required reviewing our current folders, creating guidelines and then creating producing a simple manual or set of guidelines for people to use.
