Flow chart for Word document plus possible professional report presentation

I would like a colour Flow chart to cut and paste into a microsoft word document - see attached for a rough sketch (will provide a better copy for the work) If this works well In would also like help in tidying up a report and making it look highly professional with pagination, different font types, diagrams etc. Also a second flow chart in the style - see second attachment in colour, but done in excell if possible and exported into Word. This would have around ten coloured bars rather than the 50 or so in this diagram. I need them for Monday or Tuesday (27th May) next week or before . The fee of £15 ( or less) is for both flow charts but not the report writing. I would need to see a rough draft before comissioning the work to make sure it is ok.
