Finish and manage YouTube channel

To finish off youtube build and manage until I understand its workings The core of the channel is to expose the abuse and corruption in the world but mainly in the UK. I intend to make available links for help and advise and contacts for help eventually I hope to get funding for court action if needed.
I need someone who is 1 (one) honest and trustworthy 2 (two) someone who can keep all confidences 3 (three) and sensible enough to not take me for a fool. I have help via outsourcing before and have had bad experiences and therefore I am going to be more stringent in my selection this time. I have the channel already to upload to and thus I will need to be helped in developing the channel for the aforementioned reasons I have lost money in past experiences but I will not let this interfere with my choice. Please do not think I am ignoring you as I will respond to those I feel would best suit the job and bring experience to me. Regards
